My training style is fun, functional and safe. I have a positive outlook, patience and an enthusiastic nature, with plenty of patience and the drive to create dynamic sessions suited to each person individually.

My clients range from teenagers or adults just starting out in fitness, to the experienced, brides-to-be, ante/postnatal, as well as those with various physical and medical conditions.
​
In addition to training clients, for the past 15+ years I have also worked as an Exercise on Referral Specialist for one of the largest charitable leisure trusts in the UK, working with clients directly referred from the NHS. I advise and train a wide variety of people of different ages, including those with health conditions such as obesity, lower back pain, arthritis, depression, diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension and stroke patients.

I always leave a session on a positive note, ensuring you have had a great workout which matches your ability.
When I am not working, I lam busy running after my toddler, following Liverpool FC, cooking, exercising and I love to travel and spend time with friends and family!
